Entry Level Firefighter Testing

June 21st and June 22nd,

Testing begins at 8:00 a.m. both days.

 

The Golden Valley Fire District is a full service career / volunteer

fire district operating from two stations, with a third station

under construction in Walnut Creek.

 

Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and be a

high school graduate or equivalent. Applicants must also possess a valid

Arizona Driver's License. Firefighter I, II and EMT certifications must be

achieved within one year of hiring date. Preference and pay incentives will

be given for ALS applicants. Annual wages depend on qualifications.
