Regular Board meeting time has changed from
7:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This is in effect starting July 14th, 2010.

Meeting Requirements:
MEETINGS
The Golden Valley Fire District's open monthly meetings with the
Board of Directors are held every 2nd Wednesday in the
Station 2 classroom at 749 Egar Road.
In order for the public to discuss any items at the public meetings, they must contact the Administrative Office at
3327 N. Mayer Road, or call (928) 565-3479 no later than 5:00p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting, and
must get any paperwork pertaining to the items into the Administrative Office no later than 12:00 p.m. on the
Monday before the meeting so the items can be put on the Agenda.
Items submitted for the Agenda are subject to approval by a member of the Board and/or the Fire Chief.
The Agenda for each upcoming meeting is posted 24 hours prior to the meeting at the following locations:
Station 11 - 3327 N. Mayer Road
Station 12 - 749 Egar Road
Station 13 - 2790 Oatman Highway
King Mart - 6775 Highway 68
The Outpost - 3685 Highway 68
Maverick Country Store - 5031 Highway 68
Paper copies of the Agenda for each meeting are available to the public by 2:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the meeting
in the Administrative Office. Paper copies of the Minutes from each meeting are available to the public on the
Monday following the meeting.
